Refund policy

Made to order jewelry is final sale and non-refundable

Earrings are final sale and non-refundable for hygienic reasons.

If you are not satisfied with your order (other than non-returnable items), you may return the item/s within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping fees. Please email innergemstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping fees. 

• Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition in their original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy. 
• Once I receive the item/s and verify their condition, a refund will be made to the original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.
